If you cannot attend your booking for whatever reason you may prefer to simply move the booking to an alternative date and time, you can do this via the email confirmation that is received upon booking, but please contact us if you need help.

Cancellations are not possible if they are attempted to be made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and payments will not be refunded.

We do allow dogs on the Banned Breed list to use the field, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The dog is registered with the index of exempted dog (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.
2. A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.
3. The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with their handler at all times
4. The dog is Neutered – in line with Government Rules
5. The dog is Micro Chipped
6. The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the field
7. The dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field
8. You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field

If the household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the field together, but the banned breed dog must have its own handler and then another member of the same household needs to be present to supervise the other dogs. If there is more than 1 banned breed in the household they can come together but each dog must have its own handler.

These conditions are imposed by our insurance provider, to allow Banned Breeds on the field.

Yes, please ensure your dog is vaccinated as it would be if stopping in kennels.

Once you have completed your booking you will receive an email confirmation.

The gate code will be sent just before the booking by email: 4 hours, 1 hour and then 15 minutes before.
You will also receive an SMS text message to your mobile phone 15 minutes before.

This code is changed regularly.

A maximum of 4 dogs and 2 cars for any booking.

The fencing is specialist fencing for the purpose of keeping dogs contained, its is 1.8m high.
There is a locked, coded gate to enter the car park and a locked coded gate for access to the field.
